Debate over what to call Iraq war delays Shelby Township memorial

Debate over what to call Iraq war delays Shelby Township memorial: "On Oct. 14, 2004, the 22-year-old U.S. Army private from Macomb County was riding in a Humvee near Ramadi, Iraq, when the vehicle hit a roadside bomb.

But a dispute over what to call the war in which he died has delayed the opening of a memorial to Barbret in his hometown of Shelby Township, north of Detroit."
